Your job description:
■ Monitoring and support of customer systems
■ Analysis and sustainable troubleshooting
■ Creation of error reports and problem analyzes
■ Configuration, installation and support of hardware
■ Database queries (Oracle SQL)
■ Installation of new software and production lines
Working hours:
■ 40 hours a week in a 3-shift model
■ compensated on-call duty (approx. every 5 weeks)
■ 30 days of vacation
What we expect:
■ A successfully completed IT-related training
■ Knowledge of Unix (HP-UX) / Linux and Oracle is an advantage
■ Service orientation and enjoyment of teamwork
